本院2007～2008年门诊麻醉处方调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解本院麻醉药品的使用情况,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法以WHO推荐的限定日剂量(DDD)、药物利用指数(DUI)为指标,对2007～2008年门诊麻醉性镇痛药的相关数据进行统计、分析。结果门诊使用的麻醉药品中,除硫酸吗啡控释片的DUI>1外,其他品种的DUI≤1。结论门诊麻醉性镇痛药用药结构合理,基本符合《癌症患者三阶梯止痛疗法的指导原则》。Objective To analyze the utilization of narcotic analgesics in our hospital and provide the reference for clinical rational use of narcotic analgesics. Methods The data regarding the use of narcotic analgesics from outpatient depatrment during 2007 - 2008 in our hospital were analyzed statistically, by using Definite Daily Dosage（ DDD）, Drug Utilization Index （DUI）recommended by WHO as indicators. Results Of the total kinds of narcotic analgesics used, their DUIs less than or equal to 1 but MST＇ s DUI 〉 1. Conclusion The structure for the use of narcotic analgesics in outpatient department of our hospital is reasonable, which is basically in line with the criteria in the Guiding Principle of Pain Relief Ladder for Cancer Pain..
