摘　　要：建立了一种新型的催化精馏装置———流化催化精馏塔，在塔内实现了甲缩醛的催化精馏合成，得到了塔内温度和浓度的分布，并考察了不同工艺条件对催化精馏的影响。A new type of catalytic distillation unit fluidized catalytic distillation tower was established.The synthesis of methylal was realized in the unit.The laws of temperature and component's concentration distributiion in the tower were measured.The effect of technological condition on the catalytic distillation process was tested.
