摘  要:目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素(IL-18)在鲍氏不动杆菌性脓毒症中的变化及意义。方法建立鲍氏不动杆菌大鼠脓毒症模型,按不同时间段分成5个组及1个正常对照组,用ELISA方法监测血清中TNF-α和IL-18的浓度变化。结果TNF-α脓毒症组明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各脓毒症组间差异无统计学意义;而IL-18随着时间变化逐渐升高,16h达高峰,明显高于其余各组(P<0.05),之后逐渐下降,甚至低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论TNF-α和IL-18在鲍氏不动杆菌性脓毒症中随着不同时间存在一定变化,血清水平的测定将有助于早期诊断。OBJECTIVE To study the change and significance of TNF-α and IL-18 in the Acinetobacter baumannii sepsis. METHODS Sixty male SD rats were divided into 6 groups. The first group was normal control group. The second to sixth groups were sepsis groups which were killed at 4h, 16h, 24h, 48h, 72h after injecting A. baurnan- nii through intraperitoneal injection to make sepsis model. The level of TNF-α and IL-18 in the serum of rats was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RESULTS The level of TNF-α in the serum increased markedly in the sepsis groups (P〈0.05). However, the level of IL-18 in the serum reached the peak at 16h (P〈 0.05), then decreased gradually. CONCLUSIONS The level of TNF-α and IL-18 in the serum of rats which had A. baumannii sepsis changes at different time. Therefore the serum level of TNF-α and IL-18 may be helpful for earlier diagnosis of A. baurnannii sepsis.
