基于软系统方法基础设施系统长效性研究

摘　　要：基础设施系统的长效性决定城市发展的可持续性。分析基础设施系统长效性的内涵及其软系统特征,采用切克兰德软系统方法(SSM)对基础设施系统长效性进行研究。通过长效性的问题描述、根定义、概念模型建立以及比较分析,提出有利于基础设施系统长效的对策。With good effect and efficiency, the infrastructure system ensures the sustainable development of the city. Make clear the concept of the effect and efficiency of the infrastructure system and its characteristic and make a deep research on it by the Soft System Method. After the object description, definition, model establishment and comparable analysis, advice and measures were provided to improve the effect and efficiency.
