公共产品纯政府型供给模式的批评性考察

摘　　要：公共产品供给的市场失灵并不意味着纯政府型供给模式必然有效。事实上,公共产品纯政府型供给模式存在着政府行为目标与公共利益之间的不一致性、政府习惯于垄断和缺乏竞争、政府时常轻产出和缺少事业心等诸多问题,由此导致公共产品供给效率、质量的低下和数量的不足。只有审慎地对待这些问题,我们才不会对该模式过于盲从和迷信。Market failure on supply of public goods does not mean that a purely government - based supply model necessarily effective. In fact, purely government - based supply model there is inconsistency between the target of government action and the public interest, the Government used to monopolies and the lack of competition, the Government often light output and a lack of dedication and many other issues, leading to the low deficiencies of public goods supply efficiency, quality and quantity. Only prudent to treat these problems, we will not blindly follow the models too and superstition.
