摘  要:目的研究睡眠剥夺对青春期大鼠瘦素水平的影响。方法健康Wister大白鼠共40只。4-5周龄。体重(102.09±8.99)g。实验组20只,雄性、雌性各10只;对照组20只,雄性、雌性各10只。采用改良多平台睡眠剥夺法建立模型,应用放射免疫法检测各组大鼠血清瘦素,所有数据均用x^-±s表示,两组间差异比较采用t检验。结果72h睡眠剥夺后,实验组大鼠血清瘦素为(0.68±0.47)pg/mL,对照组为(1.05±0.59)pg/mL,t=2.18,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论睡眠剥夺使青春期大鼠瘦素水平降低,据此可以推测睡眠剥夺可能也会引起处于青春期的中小学生瘦素水平降低,进而影响中小学生青春期的发育及身体其它生理功能。因此,笔者建议,应该充分保证中小学生充足的睡眠,以免引起瘦素分泌减少,影响中小学生身体健康。Objective To study the effects of sleep deprivation on Leptin of adolescent rat. Methods Healthy wister rat 40 in total, 4 - 5 weeks old. 20 rats were averagly divided into the experiment group and the contrast group, 10 males and 10 females in every group. Modified multiple platform method was adopted to built a deprivation model, We made use of radiommunoassay to check serum Leptin contents of every rat. Results After 72 hours of sleep deprivation, there was statistical significance between the experimental group and the contrast group of Leptin ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Sleep deprivation could decrease the serum Leptin of the adolescent rats. It might be worth to study that sleep deprivation could lead adolescent children Leptin. decrease. So the author advise that it shuld be necresity to keep adolescent children sleep enough to gvoid Leptin decreasing and health being damaged.
