类风湿关节炎药物治疗后的护理思路及方法

摘　　要：目的研究类风湿关节炎护理指导对患者临床症状的改善、关节功能提高等方面的作用。方法通过给予患者心理护理,针对药物副作用进行护理,并在饮食、关节功能锻炼方面给予适当的护理。结果护理干预后,患者的临床症状和实验室指标有不同程度的改善,3个月、6个月后评价疗效,总有效率分别为79.2%和91.7%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察期间未发生严重的不良反应。结论护理指导能在一定程度上减轻患者症状,改善关节功能,促进其康复。Objective To study the effect of rheumatoid arthritis nursing instruction on improvement of clinical symptoms and joint function. Methods Patients were given psychological care, taught basic knowledge on drug side effects, and given appropriate nursing in diet and joint function exercises. Results Both clinical and laboratory indexes improved in some degrees.The total effective rate was 79.2% and 91.7% respectively 3 months and 6 months after nursing instruction. Taken together, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈 0.05）, with no serious adverse reactions during observation period. Conclusion Nursing instruction can help patients to alleviate their symptoms, improve their joint function and promote their rehabilitation.
