摘　　要：目的探讨彭氏捆绑式胰肠吻合术在预防胰肠吻合口漏的应用价值。方法总结我院2002年10月至2008年12月33例胰十二指肠切除采用彭氏捆绑式胰肠吻合术的临床应用结果。结果33例均获痊愈,无胰瘘、出血、腹腔脓肿及临床死亡病例发生。结论彭氏捆绑式胰肠吻合术能够预防胰肠吻合口漏的发生,是一种安全可靠的手术方法。Objective To study the clinical effect of Peng＇s binding pancreaticojejunostomy to prevent the anastomotic leakage. Methods To summarize the clinical application effect of Peng＇s binding pancreaticojejunostomy on 33 cases pancreaticoduodenectomy from Oct.2002 to Dec.2008. Results The operations of all cases were successful. There were no anastomotic leakage, no hemorrhage, no intra abdominal abscess and clinical death. Conclusion Peng＇s binding pancreaticojejunostomy has effect on preventing the anastomotic leakage in pancreaticoduodenecomy.
