摘　　要：目的总结12例食管癌患者行胸腹腔镜的护理体会。方法收集2008年3月～11月我院采用电视胸腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗的食管癌患者12例。术前予心理护理,口腔护理,呼吸道、皮肤、胃肠道准备,术后认真观察病情,精心护理。结果12例患者术后创伤明显解轻,第二天开始能逐步下床活动。结论做好食管癌围手术期护理,对配合患者顺利进行胸腹腔镜,促进患者康复起着重要作用。Objective To summarize the the perioperative nursing of esophagectomy by video assisted thoracic laparoscopic surgury. Methods 12 esophageal carcinoma cases with video assisted thoracoscopic surgery were collected from March to December 2008. They all got preoperative preparations including psychological care, oral care, and ones of respiration tract, skin and gastro-intesinal tract. After surgery they were carefully treated and cared. Results All the 12 cases had their surgical trauma significantly relieved and started to get out of bed the next day after operation. Conclusion Perioperative nursing ofesophagectomy is helpful for carrying out operation and postoperative recovery.
