摘　　要：银屑病的俗称是牛皮癣，是一种集慢性、复发性、顽固性于一体的红斑鳞屑性皮肤病。多年来的研究认为银屑病的易感基因被逐步确定：吸烟、饮酒、精神紧张及感染因素等可能是诱发、加重银屑病的重要因素；自身免疫性炎症及新血管生成是疾病病理基础，参与介导及维持炎症网络的细胞因子、趋化因子被逐步阐明，Psoriasis commonly known as psoriasis is a chronic, recurrent, refractory squamous skin erythema. In recent years, studies suggest that psoriasis susceptibility genes have been gradually established; smoking, drinking, poor diet, mental stress and infection factors may be induced, aggravated psoriasis important environmental factors; autoimmune inflammation and angiogenesis is the pathological basis of disease, participation and maintenance of inflammation-mediated cytokine networks, chemokines have been gradually clarified.
