摘　　要：根据电化学机械复合加工机理,研究并开发出了数控电化学机械加工机床和夹心式电化学机械复合光整工具头。对杆类零件加工进行分析,提高了加工精度,实现了光整加工自动化。According to the principle of electrochemical mechanical machining, the electrochemical mechanical machining machine tool and the sandwich electrochemical mechanical finishing plant were researched and manufactured. The experimental research and analysis on the rod parts machining prove that it can increase processing accuracy and realize automated finishing.
