摘　　要：通过分析大型中空成型工艺流程,对塑料中空成型机液压控制系统进行了设计,并对成型机壁厚控制系统的原理、构成及其特性进行了研究。该塑料中空成型机利用液压驱动,可方便、可靠地实现整机的自动工作循环,利用电液比例位置控制系统,可随意控制型坯的壁厚变化规律,保证吹膜后中空制品壁厚均匀。The technological process of plastic hollow blow moulding machine was analyzed, the hydraulic control system was designed. The principle, constitution and characteristic of the wall thickness control system of shaper were studied. Drived by hydraulic system, the hollow blow moulding machine can realize automatic operation circulation of the entire machine conveniently. By using electro-hydraulic proportional position control system, it can control the parison wall thickness conveniently, and ensure the uniform wall thickness of hollow blow moulding products.
