摘　　要：提出复杂设备协同服务业务模式阶段模型,比较了不同业务模式下的业务过程,并分析了协同服务业务过程特点,在此基础上,设计了适应复杂设备协同服务业务过程建模的体系结构框架,该体系结构从多角度全方位地描述了协同服务业务过程建模方法和步骤,最后在此框架下给出了应用实例。所提出的理论和方法奠定了复杂设备协同服务业务过程实施的技术基础。The stage based business model for cooperative service of complex equipments was put forward. The business proces- ses under different business models were compared and the characteristics of business process of cooperative service were analyzed. The framework of business process modeling for cooperative service was designed. This framework comprehensively describes the methods and steps of business process modeling for cooperative service from the multi-perspectives. Under this framework, an application was outlined to explain the proposed methods. The theories and methods proposed establish the technical foundation for implementation of cooperative service.
