摘  要:目的:构建适合武汉市社区卫生服务居民满意度评价的指标体系。方法:德尔菲法。结果:经两轮专家咨询,共确定一级指标6项,二级指标17项。两轮专家权威程度较高,权威系数分别为0.71和0.78。第二轮专家咨询表中17项二级指标的变异系数全部<0.25。最终协调系数为0.467,2检验的<0.05。结论:该指标体系的建立考虑了武汉市社区卫生服务发展水平,是全方位的评价指标体系,适用于社区卫生服务居民满意度的评价。Objective:To create a set of evaluating index system on the resident satisfaction of community health services.in Wuhan. Method: Delphi method.Result:After twice specialist consultation,6 fist grade indicators and 17 second grade indicators are identified.The authoritative coefficients of experts are 0.71 and 0.78.The variance coefficients of whole 17 indicators in the second round questionnaire are less than 0.25 totally.And,the final coordination coefficient is 0.467 and the P value of the Chi-square test is less than 0.05.Conclusions:The evaluating index system have taken the development level of community health services in Wuhan into account and is omni-directional.This system is appropriate for the evaluation of resident satisfaction to community health services.
