摘　　要：中华人民共和国对外政策史的经验总结的紧要部分之一,在于概览和分析当代中国对外战略的意识形态基础和根本纲领,理解与先前相比它们有什么主要的新特征。就前者而言,新国际主义这一新成分已被添入,中国现代民族主义的总的烈度业已逐渐减低,同时中国的"现实政治"思想也增添了某些重大的新内涵;就后者而言,作为根本纲领的和平发展具有根本的大战略裨益,连同坚定不移、富有耐力和因势利导的特征。此外,在建国60周年之际,必须认识中国在世界政治经济中面临的、对于中国的内外局势都至为关键的首要挑战,同时指出当代中国对外态势深刻地蕴涵或体现的某些中国传统和中国特性。Contemporary China,the period after the Reform and Opening-up,accounts for half of the 60-years history of PRC. One of the most essential endeavors in summarizing the experiences embedded in her foreign policy evolution throughout the past is to survey and analyze the ideological basis and the primary guiding principle and reveal their new features. As to the former,what remarkable are the addition of new internationalism,the reduction in the intensity of Chinese modern nationalism,and the enrichments of China's realpolitik thinking. As to the latter,peaceful development as the guiding principle,with resolute firmness,great stamina,and situational adaptability,possesses huge advantages from the perspective of grand strategy. In the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the PRC,the primary challenges that China is facing in world political economy and that are vital to China's domestic and overseas interests should be recognized and understood,and the revelation of the 'Chineseness' profoundly existing in Contemporary China's foreign relations can be also helpful.
