摘　　要：关于达尔文拒绝马克思题献《资本论》这一流行多年的误传,尽管早在20世纪70年代中期经过几位西方学者的共同努力已经澄清,我国学者在70年代末和80年代初也对有关研究结论进行过评介,但是,由于当时条件的限制,缺乏关于澄清这一事件所进行的有关研究的资料,甚至在细节上偶有不准确之处。本文主要基于西方学者为澄清这一事件发表的核心研究论文,较为系统地对这一误传产生的背景及其被澄清的过程进行梳理,它将有助于人们全面地了解这一事件的来龙去脉,并从中受到启发或告诫。For many years a good deal of scholarly and ideological writings talks about the story which Marx Offered to Dedicate Capital to Darwin. In the middle of 1970s, several western scholars did a lot research work on it, and they dismissed the myth. Between the end of 1970s and the beginning of 1980s, some Chinese scholars made some reviews mainly based on Russian sources, but one cannot learn clearly how the myth is dismissed from them. In this article, we try to give a comprehensive review based on the original papers which some western scholars published. It would be helpful for us to understand the whole story, and to learn a lesson from the case.
