摘　　要：影响高新技术企业发展的因素有许多,其中风险投资后企业的管理是影响企业技术创新能力的一个十分重要的方面。它通过项目监控、增值服务、资金投入等,来提高企业技术创新的能力,是现代企业管理水平、企业精神和文化的重要体现。通过不断完善风险投资后公司的管理水平,可以防止风险企业盲目追求风险资本等,创造良好的宏观环境、推动风险资本的发展,从而提升高新技术企业技术创新能力。Many factors can influence on the development of the high-tech enterprise. And the enterprise＇s management after the enterprise has invested venture capital is the very important factor that influences the enterprise＇s capacity of innovation. It enhances the enterprise technological innovation ability through the project monitoring, the value added service, the funding invested and so on. It is significant reflection of modern enterprise＇s management level, enterprise＇s spirit and culture. Improving the management level after the enterprise has invested venture capital can prevent this case that venture capital companies pursue advanced technology blindly, create the good macroscopic environment, the impetus risk capital development, and promote the high technology and new technology enterprise technological innovation ability.
