永久性心脏起搏器植入263例并发症发生的原因及处理对策

摘　　要：目的:探讨永久性心脏起搏器植入术中及术后并发症发生的原因及其处理措施。方法:对我院安装的263例永久性心脏起搏器患者的临床资料及随访结果进行回顾性分析。结果:发生起搏器并发症27例,占10.27%,其中术中严重心律失常1例,术后起搏器囊袋血肿5例,电极移位5例,螺丝松动1例,导线断裂1例,囊袋感染1例,起搏器感知不良6例,起搏综合征4例,肌跳2例,远期心肌阈值升高1例。结论:提高对起搏器并发症的识别能力,手术规范操作,术后严格管理,重视患者术后定期随访及起搏器知识的宣教,可减少并发症,及时发现、处理各种并发症,避免不良后果发生。Objective： To explore the causes of complication and the appropriate measure of pacemaker implantation . Methods： Review the data and following results of 263 patients with pacemaker implantation. Results： The complication was 27 patients. One case of serious cardiac arrhythmia in the operation, five cases of blood effusion and hematome formation in pocket ,; five cases of lead dislocation,one case of screw disconnetion, one case of lead fractures,one case of infection of swollen,six cases of hyposensing,four cases of pacemaker syndrome, two cases of muscle stimutation, one case of rising of cardiac threshold. Conclusion： Improving the capability of discerning complication, standardizing operation, stricting observation postoperation, regulating following and education of pacemaker ,can decrease the complication rate . The serious result will be avoided by early fingding and timely treatment.
