摘　　要：以广州市文冲村作为研究案例,通过对该城中村的房屋建设、建筑质量、产权特征等基础信息的调查,应用GIS技术方法,进行地块建设情况和改造成本的评估,提出不同的改造方案,对GIS技术在城中村改造规划中的应用进行了探索。With Wenchong village as an example, this paper investigates the basic situations of the village including housing construction, building quality, property rights and so on. Using GIS technology, it evaluates the cost of the renovation and presents several renovation schemes. It proves that GIS plays an active and effective role in the urban renovation in the aspects of evaluation and decision-making.
