摘 要:以丙烯酰胺、疏水单体N-十二烷基丙烯酰胺(AMC12)和极性单体2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,采用胶束水溶液共聚法合成了耐温、抗盐疏水缔合三元共聚物(NKP)。考察了引发温度、功能性引发剂MP和TritonX-100表面活性剂的质量浓度和单体含量对NKP性能的影响。实验结果表明,当引发温度10℃、MP质量浓度20mg/L、Triton X—100表面活性剂质量浓度120mg/L、总单体占体系质量的20%(其中,AMC12质量分数为0.8%、AMPS质量分数为5.0%)时,NKP的滤过比小于2,相对分子质量达到2.1×10^7,依靠疏水基团的缔合作用使NKP具有很好的耐温、抗盐性能,有望替代部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(相对分子质量为2.5×10^7)在高温、高盐条件下作为驱油剂使用。Hydrophobic associative terpolymer-NKP, with high temperature resistance and salt resistance was synthesized from acrylamide, small amount of hydrophobic monomer N-dodecyl acrylamide ( AMC12 ) and a polar monomer 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-propanesulfonic acid ( AMPS ) via micellar polymerization in water. Effects of initiation temperature and functional initiator (MP) concentration on relative molecular mass of NKP were studied. Effect of Triton X-100 surfactant on water solubility of NKP was investigated. Filtration ratio of obtained NKP was less than 2 and its relative molecular mass reached 2.1 × 10^7 under conditions of initiation temperature 10 ℃, MP mass concentration 20 mg/L, Triton X-100 surfactant mass concentration 120 mg/L and total monomer mass fraction(based on system mass) 20% ( AMC12 0.8% and AMPS 5.0% ). The association effect of the hydrophobic groups in NKP molecules renders NKP high temperature resistance and high salt resistance. It has great potential to be used as polymer flooding material under high temperature and high salinity conditions to replace partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(relative molecular mass 2.5 × 10^7).
