茄黄萎病菌滤液对茄愈伤组织的毒害作用

摘　　要：试验用Ｃｚａｐｃｋ＇ｓ培养液振荡培养茄黄萎病菌（Ｖｅｒｔｉｃｉｌｉｕｍｄａｈｌｉａｅ），通过过滤、离心得到无菌体培养滤液，将其按不同浓度加入ＭＳ培养基，对茄愈伤组织进行诱导及培养，结果表明：该菌的培养滤液对茄子愈伤组织的诱导及生长具有一定的毒害作用。The pathogenic fungi, Verticillium dahliae, was vibrantly cultured in the Czapck's cultural medium.The fungi-free filtered solution was obtained by filtration and centrafugation.The transplant of eggplant was cultured in the mixed medium of MS and the filtered solution with different concentration to observe the callus inducement and growth.The results showed that it had toxic effects on the growth and the inducement of callus in eggplant.
