摘　　要：综述了长三角地区集合住宅套内公共交通空间的发展趋势,以上海地区集合住宅为例,讨论了一梯多户套内公共交通空间类型对户型功能的影响,探析了相应的解决办法,以真正实现节能省地的战略目标。It reviews the development trend of the public traffic space in the congregated dwelling house set of Changjiang delta area,takes the congregated dwelling house in Shanghai area as example,discusses the influences of the set public traffic space type of several flats with one staircase on house type function,discusses corresponding solving methods,so as to really realize the strategic aim of energy saving and land saving.
