摘　　要：针对施工阶段工程造价控制的重要性,就施工阶段建设单位如何有效、科学地进行工程管理,合理控制工程造价进行了深入探讨,以使工程造价始终置于有效的控制之下。Aiming at the importance of construction stage project cost,the author deeply discusses on how to effectively and scientifically get project management and reasonably control project cost of the construction stage construction enterprise,so as to make the project cost in effective control all the time.
