摘　　要：社保信息化管理系统由于其社保数据信息的高度安全性要求,对社保计算机系统的可靠性及其数据信息的安全性提出了很高的要求。本论文在分析了社保信息安全性需求的基础上,重点对计算机系统的可靠性和数据的安全性进行了分析,从硬件和软件两个角度给出了提升计算机系统可靠性及其系统内部数据信息安全性的措施和方法,并详细分析了数据信息加密改进算法,在提升社保计算机系统可靠性的同时提高了数据信息的安全性,对于进一步推动社保领域计算机系统可靠性及其数据的安全性研究具有一定借鉴意义。The social insurance information management system has high requirements to the reliability of computer system and data security because of the fact that the data of social insurance are high secret. This paper analyzed the security requirement of social insurance data first, of which on the basis the reliability of computer system and data security were discussed, some detailed suggestions and measurements were painted out from the hardware and software aspects, and improve data eneryption algorithms were also analyzed in the end. All this work could enhance the data security of social insurance at the same time with enhancing the reliability of computer system, and it is significative for promoting the research on computer system reliability and data security application of social insurance.
