摘　　要：全面建设和谐的小康社会,关键是发展社会主义新农村,而农村经济的发展说到底离不开金融的支持。文章分析了目前农村金融支持存在的问题,在此基础上提出应通过构筑包括新农村金融生态体系和新农村信用保障体系在内的金融支持体系来促进社会主义新农村建设。It is the key problem on developing the new socialized rural that we can establish the harmonious all-well-off society.And if we penetrate deeper on this problem we can see that the support of the finance is of the most importance.This thesis puts forward the problems on the financial support and the gives the way of solving the problems by building the financial support systems.
