摘　　要：目前,我国渔业发展和渔民生活都面临资源环境的巨大挑战。发展渔业产业以及如何对资源实施科学的渔业管理,使渔业产业能够健康、可持续发展,是一项艰巨而富有挑战意义的课题。文章探讨了我国渔业经济组织的变迁,在此基础上提出了发展渔业经济组织的建议。Nowadays,fishery development and fisherman life all are confronted with enormous challenge.To make fishery estate healthy,and sustainable development,we must study that how to develop fishery industry and how to manage the fishery resource.That is a meaningful study.The authors studied the changes of fisheries cooperative economic organization,and make some suggestion on the fishery cooperation association,making the cooperation develop healthily and sustainably.
