摘　　要：文章介绍了循环经济和绿色物流的内涵及相互关系,分析了循环经济下绿色物流存在的问题,提出了在循环经济下发展绿色物流的对策。This paper expounds the connotation of circulation economy and green logistics,and tells of their mutual relation by analyzing the problem of green logistics under circulation economy,it gives some tactics of green logistics under circulation economy.
