云南省产业自主创新发展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：加强云南产业自主创新,将对提升企业技术水平、提高产业综合实力、优化产业结构、促进经济快速健康发展起到积极的推动作用,是从根本上解决云南省经济结构不合理、经济增长方式落后、经济发展不平衡的着力点和关键。推进重点产业自主创新对加快创新型云南建设步伐,提升产业和企业自主创新能力,增强产业市场竞争力,应对全球金融危机具有十分重要的现实意义。文章总结了云南产业自主创新取得的主要成绩,重点分析了存在的问题,结合当前国家和云南自主创新发展的环境和政策,提出了加快云南产业自主创新发展的若干对策建议。Enhancing industrial self - innovation in Yunnan province would work effectively in improving enterprises＇ technical level and integration ability, optimizing industrial structure, as well as promoting economy develops rapidly and soundly. Enhancing industrial self- innovation would play a key role in solving economy structure irrationality, the antiquated methods and the imbalance of economy development in Yunnan province. The paper summarized the main achievement, analyzed the existed problems, and combined the policies in both national and provincial levels; bring forward some proposals for impelling industrial serf-innovation in Yunnan province.
