摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,是统筹城乡发展和以工促农、以城带乡的基本途径,是缩小城乡差距、扩大农村市场需求的根本出路,是解决"三农"问题、全面建设小康社会的重大战略举措,而生态型新农村是实现农业和农村经济可持续发展的必然选择。本研究通过对南阳市新农村建设的调查,深刻分析了现实中存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的对策。Constructing the new socialistic rural areas is the significant historical mission in the process of our country＇s moderuization and the essential approach for the overall coordination of the development of urban and rural areas, the promotion of agriculture by industry, and the development of rural areas leads by urban areas. It is a fundamental way out for narrowing the urban-rural differences and widening the demand for agricultural markets. It is also a great measure of solving the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers and constructing the well-off society in an overall way. So the construction of new ecological rural areas is the natural choice for realizing the sustainable development of agriculture and the economy of rural areas. This research made a deep analysis of the problems in reality and put forward the possible solutions through the survey of the new rural areas in Nanyang.
