PLC在稳定土厂拌站自动控制系统中的应用

摘　　要：针对稳定土厂拌设备的特点,考虑到目前道路施工对稳定土生产的配比精度和生产速度的要求,研究了基于PLC和WINCC的稳定土厂拌站自动控制系统的设计与实现方法,并详细叙述了该自动控制系统的硬件结构和软件设计,研究了实现高精度物料配比的控制算法。利用WINCC组态软件,实现了对配料过程的实时监控,方便地实现了相关参数的显示、设定与修改,以及配方管理和报表管理。经过多个现场实践表明,该自动控制系统配料比例精度控制准确,能够稳定可靠的配合稳定土厂拌设备运行。Aimed at the characteristics of stabilized soil mixing plant, considering material ratio precision and production speed of stabilized soil production requirements of road construction, the design and implementation methods of a kind of automatic control system of stabilized soil mixing plant based on PLC and WINCC are discussed, and the hardware structure and software design are descript in details. And the arithmetic to be applied in high-precision proportion control is discussed. This system can real-time monitor the mixing process by WINCC, with the function of recipe and report management. As it is in practice on site, this automatic control system is suitable for the stabilized soil mixing plant and it was verified reliable and high precision.
