金融危机下辽宁装备制造业的发展策略

摘　　要：辽宁是我国的装备制造业基地,装备制造业的发展直接影响到辽宁保增长、保民生、保稳定的战略目标的实现,在金融危机的冲击下,辽宁装备制造业很难独善其身。通过对辽宁装备制造业企业、工业与信息产业厅、发展改革委员会等的实地调研与考察,从微观和宏观层面上充分了解金融危机对辽宁装备制造业的影响,并运用产业经济学的基本原理分析辽宁装备制造业存在的深层次问题,在此基础上提出辽宁装备制造业应对金融危机的对策建议。Liaoning Province is the equipment-manufacturing base of China and the development of the equipment-manufacturing industry will directly influence the realization of the strategic targets of Liaoning Province, which are ensuring increasing of GDP, people＇ s livelihood and stabilization. Under the impact of finacial crisis, the equipment-manufacturing industry of Liaoning Province can not develop well without the support of other industries. Based on the sufficient comprehension of the impact of financial crisis on the equipment-manufacturing industry from micro-level and macro-level through the investigation of equipment-manufacturing enterprises, Bureau of Industry and Information and Development and Reform Commission of Liaoning Province, this article analyzes the deep-rooted problems inherent in the equipment-manufacturing industry of Liaoning Province by the fundamental of industrial economics and put up some countermeasures and advice to overcome the financial crisis.
