摘 要:目的观察毒热平注射液对FM1流感病毒致小鼠感染的抗病毒作用。方法采用FM1流感病毒感染小鼠作为模型,测定其对感染小鼠死亡保护率及平均生活日的影响;测定其对感染小鼠体重及肺指数的影响;通过对肺脏标本进行HE染色,光镜观察感染小鼠肺部不同的病理改变;测定其对感染小鼠肺脏匀浆中的病毒滴度的影响,观察其直接杀伤病毒的能力。结果在观察的时间内,毒热平注射液中剂量组与模型组比较,可显著延长其存活率(P<0.05);与模型组相比,毒热平可显著延长动物平均生存时间,中剂量组(P<0.05),大剂量组(P<0.05);显著降低小鼠的肺指数,大剂量组(P<0.01),中剂量组(P<0.001);毒热平中、小剂量组体重较模型组有显著性差异(P<0.05);对肺脏进行大体及光镜下观察,均可发现模型组病变最为严重,毒热平不同剂量组对病毒感染小鼠的肺脏病变均有不同程度的改善作用;毒热平注射液中剂量组可明显降低肺匀浆中病毒滴度,与模型组比较(P<0.05)。结论毒热平注射液在体内可有效抑制病毒增殖,减轻受试动物肺部病变,降低肺指数,提高存活率,从而发挥抗病毒治疗的作用,为其临床应用提供了实验依据。Objective To observe the antiviral effect of Dureping virus FMI strain. Methods The mice infected by influenza virus The influences of Dureping Injection on the death-protection rate, Injection in mice infected by influenza FMI strain were taken as the model. average survival time, body weight and lung index were detectedin infected mice. The pathological changes of mouse lung were observed by optical microscope after HE stain to lung tissue sample. The effects of Dureping Injection on the virus titer of lung homogenate and its ability of directive killing virus were determined. Results In the medium-dose Dureping Injection group the survival rate of infected mouse was prolonged significantly than that in the model group (P 〈 O. 05 ). In the medium-dose and high-dose Dureping Injection groups the average survival time was increased significantly ( P 〈0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ), and lung index was decreased significantly ( P 〈 0. 001, P 〈 0.01 ) than those in the model group. The mouse body weight had significant difference between the model group and medium-dose Dureping Injection group or low-dose Dureping Injection group ( P 〈0. 05 ). The results of optical microscope showed that the pathological change of lung was most serious in the model group, and was relieved in varying degrees in different Dureping Injection groups. The virus titer of lung homogenate was reduced significantly in the mediumdose Dureping Injection group than that in the model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Dureping Injection can inhibit effectively the proliferation of influenza virus, relieve the pathological changes of lung, decrease lung index, promote survival rate and play the role of antivirus in mice infected by influenza virus FM1 strain, which lays the experimental foundation for its clinical application.
