肺纤方抗博莱霉素肺纤维化大鼠氧化损伤的研究

摘  要:目的观察肺纤方与强的松对照抗大鼠肺纤维化氧化损伤的作用。方法用气管内注入博莱霉素的方法制做大鼠肺纤维化模型,检测造模后14,28,45d模型组、假手术组、肺纤方组、强的松组大鼠肺组织匀浆液的氧化损伤物丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)。结果14,28,45d各时间点模型组、强的松组、肺纤方组的MDA比假手术组明显升高,GSH明显降低;45d肺纤方组MDA含量较强的松组减少,GSH明显增加。结论肺纤方具有抗氧化损伤作用。Objective To observe the effects of Feixian Formula used for anti-oxdative damage in rats with pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin and compare Feixian Formula with prednisone. Method The rat model of pulmonary fibrosis was established by intratracheal injection of bleomycin (BLM). The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) in lung homogenate were detected in the model group, sham-operation group, Feixian Formula group and prednisone group respectively after the model establishment for 14-day, 28-day or 45-day MDA level was higher, and GSH level was lower significantly in the model group, prednisone group and Feixian Formula group than those in the sham-operation group. At the time point of 45-day MDA level decreased, and GSH level increased in Feixian Formula group than those in prednisone group.Conclusion Feixian Formula has the effect of anti-oxdative damage.
