基于ABAQUS的自由辊温度场及热应力场分析

摘　　要：针对连铸机上输送钢坯用自由辊在工作时经常出现断裂的问题,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对自由辊进行三维建模,并对模型进行热分析,得到自由辊的温度场分布,再进行热-结构耦合场分析,得到应力场分布规律。通过温度场和应力场分布规律,找出自由辊受力和变形较大的部位,从而提出改善措施,提高其使用寿命。The free roller which is used to transport the billet on the casting machine often has the problem of breaking. So the ABAQUS Finite Element Analysis software is used to establish the three-dimensional model of the free roller, simulate the thermal condition to obtain the distribution of the temperature field, and then carry on the coupled of hot and structure fields analysis, acquiring the distribution of the stress field. Through the temperature and the stress field, we can find the part of the free roller whose stress is much bigger , thus propose the improvement measures to enhance its service life.
