摘  要:论述了水稻两用雄性核不育系(以下简称两用系)的育性不稳定性;光(温)诱导育性转换的累积效应;营养生长期光温条件对育性转换的影响。The instability on sterility expression of photo- and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile rice was discussed. The change of conditions of photoperiod and temperature in the duration of vegetative growth may influence the stability on fertility expression of the sterile lines. The effects of photoperiod and temperature may be transferred among different rice stems. The use of some suitable marker characters for sterility in the practical breeding program was introduced, and the reasonable utilization of natural photoperiod and temperature resources was suggested in two-line hybrid rice.
