水稻不育系育性观察指标套袋自交结实率和花粉可育度的比较分析

摘　　要：对３１个水稻不育系共６３个样本的套袋自交结实率和花粉可育度资料进行了相关性和差异性分析，归纳了差异性的规律，分析了产生差异性的原因，并提出了改进育性观测方法的建议。Based on the data of 63 samples of 31 photo- and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) lines in rice at three locations (Sanya, Wuchang, Guiyang) of different ecological conditions, an analysis was conducted to compare the fertility-observing method by bagged seed setting rate with that by fertile pollen percentage. The results showed that about 80% of the samples had a significant and positive correlation between the two methods; the difference between them was related to regional difference in ecological conditions and sampling difference in sample size. The improvement to fertility-observing methods was also discussed.
