摘　　要：目的:了解深圳市女同性恋者性行为特征及社会心理压力现状,探讨女同性恋者健康需求。方法:在知情同意原则下,采用方便抽样,匿名填写调查问卷,内容包括人口学基本特征、性角色、性行为特征和社会心理压力等。结果:共调查111例女性同性恋者,年龄16～53岁。48例(43.2%)充当男性角色,30例(27.0%)充当女性角色,28例(25.2%)不分。65.4%(72例)目前有形成稳定关系的同性性伴侣,45.9%仅和女性发生过性行为,53.2%既和男性也和女性发生过性行为;60.8%同性性伴数≥3个。40.5%女同性恋者不愿意接受妇科检查和血液化验。由于自己身份,73.0%感受到社会压力,仅27.0%活得很轻松;36.0%曾有过自杀的念头,13.5%曾尝试过自杀;9.9%曾拜访过心理医生。结论:女同性恋者具有双重性接触行为,医疗卫生服务使用率低,面临众多社会心理压力,亟待有针对性地行为干预和心理辅导。Objective ： To investigate the sexual behavior traits and socio - psychological stress among lesbians in Shenzhen and explore their health demands. Methods： Anonymous questionnaire investigation was conducted with informed consent among lesbians collected using convenience sampling. The contents of questionnaires included basic demographic characteristics, sexual roles, sexual behavior traits and socio - psychological stress etc. Results： 111 cases of lesbians （16 -53 years old） were surveyed. 48 cases （43.2%） served as male character, 30 cases （27.0%） acted as female character, and 28 cases （25.2%） with both characters. 72 cases （65.4%） had stable samesex sexual partners. 45.9% of these subjects had sexual behaviors only with female partners and 53.2% had sexual behaviors both with female and male partners. 60.8% had more than 3 female sexual partners. 40.5% were unwilling to accept gynecologic examination and blood test. 73.0% were faced with social stress for their lesbian orientation, while only 27.0% saved a easy life. 36.0% once had the thoughts of suicide, 13.5% once tried to commit suicide, and 9.9% had visited psychologists. Conclusion： Lesbians have double sexual contact behaviors. It is urgent to develop targeted behavior intervention and psychological counseling for the low utilization rates of medical and health services and a lot of socio - psychological stress.
