摘　　要：目的:了解北京市育龄群众获得和使用免费避孕药具的现状及需求,发现药具发放工作中存在的问题,为改进工作提供依据。方法:通过整群抽样,对北京市8个区县3 199名育龄群众进行横断面问卷调查。结果:94.2%的调查对象在最近1年内使用免费避孕药具;89.0%的人对药具的获得及使用感到满意;获得免费药具的途径主要是居委会;计划生育人员定期上门发放是获得药具最有效方式;群众的需求包括增加药具品种,提高产品质量,完善药具发放渠道,提供个性化服务和加强宣传教育。结论:北京市免费药具发放范围广,育龄群众对药具获得及使用的满意度高;在药具选择多样性和宣传知识有效性等方面仍需提高;需进一步完善药具发放网络;根据群众需求,促进药具管理;加强对避孕方法知情选择的指导。Objective ： To understand the situation and needs of acquisition and usage of free contraceptive devices among people of child - bearing age in Beijing, discover the problems in devices distribution, and provide evidences for improvement of the work. Methods ： Cluster sampling was adopted in this study, and 3,199 people from 8 districts and counties of Beijing were selected in the cross - sectional questionnaire survey. Results ： 94.2% of subjects used free contraceptive devices within the past year, and 89.0% were satisfied with the acquisition and usage of devices. Resident committee was the major channel to obtain free contraceptive devices, and the regular home visit service conducted by family planning staff was the most effective way to get devices. The needs of the masses included increasing devices types, improving product quality, perfecting distribution channels, providing individualized services and promoting health education. Conclusion ： The range of distribution of free contraceptive devices is well covered in Beijing. The people of child - bearing age are highly satisfied with device obtaining and usage. While it is still necessary to provide more types of free device, make health education more effective, perfect the network of device distribution, optimize need - oriented device management and strengthen the direction of informed choice.
