摘　　要：磺化反应器是磺化反应的核心之一,磺化反应器的结构特点、传热、传质性能等直接影响到磺化产品的质量和选择性。本文介绍了磺化反应器的发展历程及现状,对各种磺化反应器的性能及特点分别进行了阐述,讨论了现有磺化反应器的优点以及局限性,并指出今后磺化反应器的改进及开发研究方向。Sulfonation reactor is one of crucial equipment for sulfonation, the quality and selectivity of products are mostly affected by the structural characteristic, heat transfer and mass transfer characteristics of the sulfonation reactor. The progress and status about sulfonafion reactor are introduced in this paper, the capability and characteristic of all kinds of sulfonation reactors are described in detail. The advantages and shortcomings of the present sulfonation reactor are discussed, and the direction of betterment and development of sulfonation reactors are also pointed out.
