摘　　要：目的:探讨手术内固定治疗不稳定骨盆骨折的疗效。方法:对38例不稳定骨盆骨折采用切开复位重建钢板内固定。结果:浅表感染2例,髋关节异位骨化2例,全部病例随访4～26个月,无骨折不愈合、下肢短缩及旋转畸形等。结论:对不稳定骨盆骨折采用切开复位重建钢板内固定,可以减少并发症,利于早期康复。Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of internal fixation operation for unstable pelvic fractures. Methods：38 cases of unstable pelvic fractures received open reduction and reconstructed internal fixation with nickelclad. Results：There were 2 cases of superficial infection and 2 cases of heterotopic ossification . Followed up between 4 and 26 months,there were no disunion and crispation in lower limbs and rotating deformation occurred. Conclusion： Open reduction and reconstructed internal fixation with nickelclad may reduce complications and be helpful to early recovery for unstable pelvic fractures.
