纤维鼻咽喉镜检查小儿声嘶62例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨纤维鼻咽喉镜用于临床诊断小儿声嘶的实用性。方法:对62例小儿声嘶患儿采用表面麻醉下经鼻腔行纤维鼻咽喉镜检查咽喉部。结果:全部病例检查过程顺利,声带小结35例、喉软骨软化12例、慢性喉炎10例、声带息肉样变3例、喉乳头状瘤1例、单侧声带麻痹1例。结论:用纤维鼻咽喉镜检查小儿声嘶安全、可行,可以准确了解疾病的特点,对疾病的诊治有重要作用,从而对预防及保健具有一定的意义。Objective：To discuss the significance of fibre nasopharynx laryngoscope in examination and diagnosis the clinical characters of the hoarseness in children.Methods：62 cases children of hoarseness were analyzed with fibre nasopharynx laryngoscope under local anaesthesia.Results：All cases were examined fluently.The main causes of hoarseness were nodule of vocal（35 cases）;laryngeal cartilage dysplasia（12 cases）;chronic laryngitis （10 cases）;vocal cord polyp（3 cases）;laryngeal papilloma（1 case）;vocal cord paralysis（1 case）.Conclusions：It is safety and capable for hoarseness in children examined by fibre nasopharynx laryngoscope.For it can reflect the character of disease accurately,and can make a great effect to diagnose and cure disease,accordingly to prevention and health care.
