氨酚羟考酮片治疗癌症疼痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨氨酚羟考酮片用于中重度癌症疼痛(以下简称癌痛)的镇痛效果及其安全性。方法:选取78例中重度癌痛患者,口服氨酚羟考酮片,观察其疼痛缓解程度及不良反应。结果:氨酚羟考酮片用于中度癌痛者总有效率82.6%,用于重度癌痛者总有效率71.9%。有头晕、嗜睡、恶心、呕吐及便秘等不良反应,但发生率均较低。结论:氨酚羟考酮片用于治疗中重度癌痛疗效确切,不良反应轻。Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of oxycodone-acetaminophen tablets（Tylox）for the treatment of moderate and serious cancer pain.Methods：In 78 patients with moderate or serious cancer pain,oxycodone-acetaminophen tablets was orally administered.Improvements in pain and adverse effects were observed.Results：The effective rates were 82.6% for moderate pain and 71.9%for serious pain after oxyiodone-acetaminophen tablets treatment. Only a few patients had adverse reactions, including dizziness, lethargy, nausea. vomiting and constipation. Conclusion： Oxycodone - acetaminophen tablets has definite efficacy and slight adverse reaction in the treatment of moderate and serious cancer pain.
