摘  要:目的了解精神科女护士工作的主要压力源,帮助护士正确认识工作压力,从而设法减轻工作压力,调动护士的工作积极性,提高护士的工作效率及护理质量。方法采用整群抽样、问卷调查方法,对本院精神科六个病区的监床女护士进行工作压力调查。结果精神科女护士的工作压力源的高低依次为:护理专业及工作方面的问题,患者护理方面的问题,工作量及时间分配问题。结论建议应重视精神科监床女护士的工作压力,采取有效的干预对策,从管理角度帮助精神科女护士减轻或消除护士的工作压力,从而有利于护士以最佳的心理状态投入工作。Objective To understand the main pressure source of the work of female nurse psychiatric department, and help nurses to yew the work pressure correctly, thereby try to reduce the work pressure, so as to mobilize the work enthusiasm of nurses and improve the nurse' s work efficiency and quality of care. Methods A cluster sampling and questionnaire method were adopted to investigate the work pressure of clinical female nurses of six psychiatric wards in our hospital. Results The psychiatric department female nurse' s work pressure source of high and low one by one in order is : The problem of nursing profession and the work, the problem of patient' s nursing, the problem of workload and time allocation. Conclusion It is suggested that supervisors should pay attention to the work pressure of psychiatric clinical female nurses, and take effective intervention measures to help psychiatric department female nurses to alleviate or eliminate the work pressure from a management point. Thus the nurses can throw into the work with the optimal mental state.
