摘　　要：针对专家门诊挂号人数众多,导致挂号难和挂号工作量大且效率低问题,该文构建一个基于JADE的专家门诊智能预约系统。该系统结合Web和短信技术基础上构建专家代理、患者代理等以实现患者与专家之间进行预约互动与协商,包括患者症状、身份信息、就诊要求等内容。在该系统,患者可网络预约,委托系统预约,短信修约以及短信退约。专家预约队列根据患者症状权值和患者诚信记录而形成。专家工作变动时能及时与患者进行信息互动。To the problem that registering becomes difficult and needs plenty of time and many people to finish inefficiently due to too many patients want to appoint and register in the specialist clinic,a intelligent appointment system of specialist's clinic based on JADE is designed in this paper.To implement interaction and negotiation which consist of patient's symptoms and user's information and demands of patient etc concerned with appointment between patient and expert,this system construct expert agent and patient agent etc,integrating with technologies of Web and SMS.In this system patients can register immediately,entrust system to register,modify or withdraw his appointment by SMS.The appointment queue of a expert are formed on his weights of patient's symptoms and patient's sincerity record of his appointments.Patients can be informed immediately as long as the arrangement of the expert has been changed.
