摘 要:针对W型曳引抽油机建立了数学模型并进行受力分析。通过对W型曳引抽油机的运动分析可知,在良好平衡的状况下,曳引轮只需克服摩擦力即可驱动抽油杆、抽油泵抽油,耗能最少。因此,在设计和实际运行过程中,应调节好前后载荷的平衡,平衡度越高,耗能越少。分析结果表明:从减小所需转矩的角度出发,曳引轮半径越小越好;利用摩擦力制动,有利于节能;采用弹簧可进一步降低对转矩的需求;电机不断往复运行,要求其在较大的速度范围内都具有较高的效率,才能保证节能。The mathematical models for the W type pumping unit were found and its load conditions were analyzed. Based on the movement analysis, just in good balance conditions, traction wheel can overcome friction force, meanwhile it can drive sucker rod and sucker rod pump, thus saving energy. Therefore, in the process of design and function, the balance of front and back should be carefully adjusted; the better the balance, the less the losing energy will be. The result of analysis shows that the less the radius of traction wheel, the better the saving energy would be. The brake of friction force was good for save energy. The spring could further decrease the requirements for torque. Because the motor reciprocates, it must have higher efficiency within the range of high-speed, so that saving energy is guaranteed.
