摘 要:为使直线电机抽油机具有最佳的节能效果,运行参数更加合理,研究了直线电机抽油机动力学模型,确定了直线电机抽油机运行参数优化设计的目标函数,给出了优化设计中的约束条件,采用惩罚函数法及Newton迭代法,编制了优化软件并对直线电机抽油机运行参数进行了优化设计。结果表明:优化后的悬点动力示功图与理论静力示功图吻合性较好,装机功率变小,具有很好的节能效果。To improve the energy-saving effect of pumping unit driven by linear motor and make the operating parameters more reasonable, the dynamic model of the pumping unit was studied and its objective function for the optimum design of operating parameters and the constraint conditions were presented. Based on the penalty function method and the Newton iterative method, the optimum design software for the pumping unit was written, the optimum results show the dynamic indicator diagrams on the polished rod was same to the static and the installed power was smaller, so the pumping unit driven by linear motor has good effect of saving energy.
