摘 要:采用MPX-2000型销-盘式摩擦磨损试验机对ZA30、ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3、ZCuAL10Fe3、ZCuSn10P1四种滑动轴承合金在2#通用锂基脂润滑条件下的耐磨性能进行了对比试验,并在扫描电子显微镜上观察了磨损表面形貌,及用X射线能谱仪分析了对磨副钢试件盘表面成分,探讨了磨损机理。结果表明,ZA30耐磨性能优于ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3、ZCuAL10Fe3、ZCuSn10P1;低载荷时,四种合金的磨损形式均为磨粒磨损;高载荷时,ZA30、ZCuAL10Fe3发生的是磨粒磨损,ZCuSn10P1的磨损形式是磨粒磨损及轻微粘着磨损,ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3发生的是剧烈粘着磨损。The wear resistance of 4 types of bearing alloys, ZA30, ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3, ZCuAL10Fe3 and ZCuSn10P1 under grease lubrication was comparatively studied with MPX-2000 wear tester. The worn surface morphologies were observed with SEM, and the surface contents were analyzed with XPS. The wear mechanisms were discussed as well. The results indicate that wear resistance of ZA30 is better than that of ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3, ZCuAL10Fe3, ZCuSnl0PI. Under the lower load, the kind of wear of the alloys is plowed wear, while under the higher load, ZA30 and ZCuAL10Fe3 shows plowed wear, ZCuSnl0P1 shows plowed wear and slight adhesion wear, and the ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3 shows severe adhesion wear.
