摘 要:为保证耐磨性能,M224床身导轨部位最低硬度要求为HB190。保证截面厚大的导轨部位具有高硬度,同时又兼顾其他薄壁部位的加工性能,是分层浇注工艺所要解决的核心问题。依据M224床身铸件的结构特点,采用不同材质的金属液分层浇注床身铸型,所得到铸件完全符合设计要求。实践证明,分层浇注工艺的应用使铸件各部位的性能达到要求,使机床床身铸件的成品率显著提高。The minimum hardness of HB 190 is required for M224 grinder bed guide-track to ensure its wear-resistance. The key of the layer-pouring process is to ensure both the high hardness of the heavy section of guide-track and the fine machining performance of other thin-walls. According to the structure characteristics of the M224 bed casting, using different material of liquid metal to layer-cast bed parts can make it possible that the obtained casting meet the designing requirement. Practice proves that the application of layer-pouring process can make the various performance requirements of the casting parts be satisfied and rate of the finished product of grinder bed casting increases markedly.
