摘  要:结合铸钢件生产工艺现状,详细论述了酯固化水玻璃自硬砂技术创新点,推广应用情况,发展趋势。论证了在装备制造业的铸钢件生产中推广该项技术的可行性及此项技术对改善铸件质量、提高劳动生产率、降低成本、减少固废排放、保护生态环境的意义。Combined with existing production conditions of steel castings, the technical innovation and application as well as developmental trend of ester cured sodium silicate sand were discussed in detail. It was demonstrated that the feasibility of generalizing this technology in producing steel castings for the equipment manufacturing industry and its significance in improving the casting quality and labour productivity, reducing costs and the emission of solid waste, and protecting the ecological environment.
