摘　　要：本文用二维超声心动图检查了102例左心室具有条束者,结合复习文献,讨论了条束的命名、检出率、诊断和鉴别诊断、产生室性早搏和心尖区收缩杂音的机理和临床意义。认为条束是常见的解剖结构,与任何心脏病基本无关,所引起的早搏和杂音属良性早搏及生理性杂音。This article deals with the detection of the left ventricular band by 2-dimensional echocardiography in 102 cases.The nomenclature of the band and its detection rate,diagnosis and differential diagnosis were discussed.The mechanism of the ventricular premature beat and systolic murmur in the cardiac apical region,and their clinical significance were also dis- cussed.This article shows that this band is usually regarded as an anatomic feature.It does not relate to any cardiac diseases.The premature beat and murmur caused by the band belong in benign premature beat or physiologic murmur.
